FAQs

What information is needed for a custom hydraulic cylinder quote?

Please share bore diameter, rod diameter, stroke, pressure, mounting type, working environment, quantity, drawings, and any photos or samples available.

What is the difference between welded and tie-rod cylinders?

Welded cylinders are compact and durable for mobile or heavy-duty equipment. Tie-rod cylinders are easier to service and common in industrial applications.

How do I choose bore and rod diameter?

Start with required force, system pressure, stroke length, load direction, buckling risk, speed, and safety factor. The bore sets force while the rod affects stability.

Can you manufacture from drawings or samples?

Yes. Drawings are best, but clear photos, key dimensions, nameplates, and application details can also help us review feasibility and prepare a solution.

What causes hydraulic cylinder leakage?

Common causes include worn seals, damaged rod surfaces, contamination, pressure spikes, misalignment, incorrect seal material, or poor surface finish.

Do you supply valves, pumps, motors, and hoses?

Yes. We can support hydraulic cylinders, power units, valves, pumps, motors, hoses, fittings, and related hydraulic system components.
