Engineering information and calculators

Website articles and tools provide general information and preliminary engineering assistance. They cannot account for every machine, operating condition, installation or failure mode. A calculation result is not an approved design, a product rating, a safety assessment or a substitute for the applicable manufacturer’s instructions.

Before using information in equipment selection or operation, have a suitably qualified person verify the inputs, units, assumptions, component limits and relevant requirements. Hydraulic equipment can involve stored energy, suspended loads and pressurized fluid. Follow the machine’s isolation and safety procedures; do not rely on an online article as authorization to work on energized equipment.

Standards and technical references

A reference to ISO, GB or another standard identifies a topic for review. It does not establish that every product or recommendation complies with that standard. Confirm the applicable edition, scope and contractual requirements using the official document and the responsible engineer. Referenced standards and third-party publications remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Inquiries and quotations

Submitting a form asks us to review or respond to your request. It does not create an accepted purchase order, a binding quotation, a guaranteed response time or a confirmed supply agreement. Product specifications, price, delivery, warranties and acceptance requirements must be agreed in the applicable written quotation or contract.

Please provide accurate contact information and a clear description of the application. If information changes after submission, tell us before relying on a recommendation or quotation.

Uploaded files

Only submit drawings, photographs and other materials that you have permission to share. Do not upload malicious files or unrelated personal information. By submitting material, you permit us to use it for reviewing and responding to your request; this does not transfer ownership of your drawings to us.

Contact us before sharing material that requires a separately agreed non-disclosure agreement or special handling. Information handling is described in our プライバシーポリシー.

Use of website content

You may read website materials and use available tools for legitimate personal or business evaluation. Respect any copyright, attribution and download-license notices. Obtain the relevant owner’s permission before republishing, selling or distributing protected material beyond what applicable law permits. Do not imply that AskHydraulic endorses your product or design without written agreement.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website availability, submit spam or use forms to distribute harmful content. External links are provided for reference or access to related services. Their content, availability and terms are controlled by their respective operators.

Availability, limitations and updates

These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. A separately agreed contract governs the transaction it covers.
